Kiyoshi Takumi is a brand of optical and sunglasses, born from the desire for perfection whose literary translation means purity (Kiyoshi) and craftsmanship (Takumi).

The products are designed in France, in Paris and handmade in a small city in Japan, in Fukui, Japan’s internationally renowned eyewear district. 

Creating a single Kiyoshi Takumi frame can take as many as 200 separate productions stages over 7 months. 

Machines and tools of high technologies, with sure eyes and skillful fingers of expert engineers on assembling, due to the result of good harmony of ‘High Precision Parts’ produce our excellent production. We put ‘Hand Finish’ as reliable marks to the frames produced in this way. We choose small workshop for every pieces of the spectacles, to have the best quality for each parts of the frames.

All our Titanium frames are made with a plating process with 20K gold.
